I am a pessimist so when I called to get the details on the to remodel my home to sale program I was expecting to get a bait & switch. When Gidget meet with me she went through the program in great detail and explained the figures, how the expenses were covered and what I could truly expect to get as a sales price for my home once remodeled. Our neighbors down the street sold their home to a flipper, who in a couple of months did a little work, I mean just a little, and the sold it for substancially more. This is why the Graham Teams 10X program sounded so interesting to me. When our home was completed in 17 days, it turned out stunning. My wife wanted to move back in once she saw the photos.
