Are you paying too much on your property taxes?
Are you paying too much on your property taxes? Many homeowners forget to complete the card that the Clark County Assessor’s Office sends out to state your home is a primary residence. In Nevada, property taxes are capped at a maximum 3% increase annually for all primary residence and 8% for non-primary residence. So, you could be paying 5% more than you should be. We have also seen cards not being received once turned in. We’ve created an easy 4-step guide (see below) to walk you through how to verify your property taxes are capped at the 3% rate. We are also more than willing to do this for you if you would like some assistance. Just give us a call or email us with your address and we can send you a screenshot of your Property Tax Cap Rate.
